When the Lutheran Home decided to add senior living options to its campus as part of its master plan, quality of life and community connectivity would be an important part. In addition to creating a new independent and assisted living for Alzheimer's care facility, the project team created a community within a community with added revenue found in the restaurant that serves residents and the community at large, Wi-Fi services as part of the Healthsens monitoring system and potential rents generated within the Marketplatz town square.
