2,750 Addition for Transitional Care Services

THE CHALLENGE:

To increase programming to serve growing demand for rehabilitative care and therapy services, both within the care center population and the community at large.

THE SOLUTION:

To better meet the needs for therapy services in the community, this long term care center expanded its facility to house a new rehabilitation program, serving both its long term residents and outside community members.

The new 2,750 sq. ft. addition offers a sizeable therapy program with space for physician’s services and differing physical and occupational therapy programs.

As part of the addition, a new dining space was added for long term care residents to create an intimate, restaurant style dining experience with an outdoor patio for summertime dining and socialization.
