To create a new senior housing facility for a small rural community that will meet the high service needs for assisted living residents with a positive quality of life.

 

THE SOLUTION:

Replacing the site of a former public school building, the new facility offers senior independent and assisted living with a charming quality of life and close proximity to businesses within the primary downtown thoroughfare. The forward thinking program is designed provide for a high acuity of assisted living services with space provided for resident therapy services.

The rich decore and structured interior is dynamic with numerous points of interest and activity for residents including a drop in cafe with personal liquor cabinets, beauty shop, spacious living room parlor, and winding corridors with art glass accented windows.
