THE CHALLENGE:

To create a new senior living campus for active elders, with an engaging social commons.

THE SOLUTION:

The new campus will seek to serve young seniors as their need for supportive services increases. The new facility will offer multiple options for senior living with a multi-dimensional town center with numerous points of interest, including:

• Fitness center
• Bistro

• Art room
• Card room

TRAILSIDE SENIOR LIVING

Further enhancing this campus is the joint development of a neighboring senior affordable housing project. Residents of this adjacent 70 unit facility will be given access to Forest Bay Lodge services and community amenities. Further, Forest Bay's project sponsor will find increased revenue by serving this population, enhancing its program with a Meals on Wheels program and opportunity to provide services to this neighborhing facility.
