IN BRIEF:

A new Alzheimer's wing in an existing 120 bed skilled nursing facility.

THE CHALLENGE:

To address the specialized needs of its residents and community members, Pleasantview sought to add a new Alzheimer's care program to its existing long term care facility.

THE SOLUTION:

The project would create a connective wing between to residential corridors. This allowed a neighborhood dedicated towards care for dementia/Alzheimer's needs with minimal construction required to provide new dining and activity space.

The project also included the addition of 8 resident rooms.
