THE SOLUTION:

The newly renovated facility now features multiple neighborhoods with each housing separate dining and activity space. The completed design provides improved resident access and service delivery.

The completed program for the skilled nursing facility now offers:

•  Rehabilitative care with improved therapy spaces
•  Alzhiemer's care
