Create new senior housing options that would allow seniors to maintain their independence while receiving needed assistance with daily living activities.

THE SOLUTION:

The new facility provided not only multiple housing options for seniors, it further incorporates a multi-dimensional wellness center on which the facility's market position is established. It features:

•  Large exercise area
•  Fitness pool
•  Private consultation & therapy rooms
•  Locker rooms

Serving both residents and the community at large, the facility is deisgned with a central entrance to accommodate visitors to both the assisted living facility and wellness & therapy center. From this central vantage point, all common areas are visible, including:

•  Restaurant style dining area
•  Meditation chapel
•  'Streetside' cafe
•  Activity room

The facility also houses the Home Health Agency of the Nortwoods Home Nursing & Hospice.
