David G. Wolterstorff, AIA
President
David is the President and principal founder of WAI Continuum with over 30 years experience as a registered architect. He began his career specializing in healthcare design and has since expanded his experience to include educational, civic, religious and, most notably, senior housing and healthcare. With heavy emphasis on forward thinking solutions, David has distuinguised himself both as a design innovator and successful project administrator.

Scott R. Koester, LEED AP
Vice President
As Vice President, Scott leads many areas of the firm including administration, business development and project management. In the last role, he works as project lead and helps organize the project team while assisting clients in addressing project components such as marketing studies, zoning and regulatory approvals, financing and control issues. As a firm leader, he manages and monitors cost and quality control, both in-house and project driven, and spearheads our process management and procedures.
William Buesing
Vice President of Construction Administration
Bill's experience in construction includes 13 years of project management. Supervising project construction phases, his primary focus has been working with the project team in value engineering, construction scheduling and construction management. Bill's strengths lie in his ability to communicate the design and project program to the various building divisions and trade contractors in order to ensure accurate completion and cost effective projects.
Michael Paulson
Associate & Administrative Director
As Director of Business Administration, Michael has worked as a business professional for over 20 years. His unique and multifaceted background includes accounting management, IT/ IS administration and human resources management, as well as project support and administrative management duties. Michael also works collaboratively with other project managers and leaders in developing project proformas, budgets and accounting systems.

Jeremy D. Bork , AIA
Associate & Project Manager
A seasoned architect with WAI Continuum, Jeremy works in various facets of project administration, management and staff leadership. As project manager, Jeremy initiates effective communication and documentation strategies for the project, leading the design team and coordinating project work as well as guiding communications among the design team, owner and contractor.

Phil Durand
Project Manager
Phil brings to the WAI Continuum team more than thirty-five years of experience in design, project management and construction detailing. As Project Manager, Phil is responsible for ensuring that projects proceed efficiently and result in a buildlng that is attractive, practical and responsive to the Owner's needs.
