WAI Continuum is a busy place these days! So, we need to find talent with which to fill the following positions:
Intern Architect
With experience in independent & assisted living, long term care,
healthcare and/or specialty care projects
Qualified applicants will have completed their education and be working towards registration. This position will work with our project teams, coordinate design and document production work with opportunity to be closely involved in all phases of our projects. Strong communication skills and professionalism are a must. AutoCAD proficiency with additional ADT a plus.
Project Architect
5-7 years experience in independent & assisted living, long term care,
healthcare and/or specialty care projects
This position will include working with the client and project team, coordinating design and document production work and offers the opportunity to be closely involvedin all phases of projects. The ability to develop project designs that fit the client's objectives and program requirements are essential. Other responsibilities include code compliance, project budgeting and consultant communication and direction. Strong communication skills and professionalism are a must. Qualifications desired: Architectural degree with 5 - 7 years post-registration experience, Microsoft Excel/Word/Outlook & AutoCAD proficiency with additional ADT a plus.
