Jeremy Bork, AIA
Associate & Project Manager
Jeremy works in various facets of project administration, staff leadership and client management. He is responsible for budgeting, proposals, staffing and office operations - both administrative and technical. As project manager, Jeremy initiates effective communication and documentation strategies for the project, leading the design team and coordinating project work as well as guiding communications among the design team, owner and contractor. In this role, Jeremy schedules projects, establishes budgets, programs, reviews designs, evaluates bids and oversees construction.
Jeremy confesses to a special fondness for senior projects, because residents are "one hundred percent happy when they move into the building, express appreciation for what they have and do not damage the building."
