Power Meetings is a fresh new approach to conference, consisting primarily of business meetings between supplier and provider leaders from long term care that facilitates strategic interactions. Instead of focusing on product and price, discussions are about providers utilizing suppliers' expertise to help solve their important business problems.
Firm principals David Wolterstorff and Scott Koester will be presenting on the concept of repositioning, explaining the difference between it and renovation while providing examples of how facilities can reposition to capture new revenue while establishing themselves as the provider of choice in their market.
