As construction administrator, Bill's responsibilities encompass project field management, quality control both in-office and in-field, coordination of construction detailing, construction documentation including applications for payment, supplemental instructions and proposal requests, and project close-out.
Bill's experience in construction includes 13 years of project management and construction management, as well as 9 years as construction administrator with WAI Continuum. Supervising projects from $200,000 - $10,000,000, his primary focus has been working with the project team in value engineering, construction scheduling and construction management. Bill's strengths lie in his ability to communicate the design and project program to the various building divisions and trade contractors in order to ensure accurate completion and cost effective projects.
