WAI Continuum Awarded Commission of Savage Townhome Project

Savage, MN – Saint Paul architecture firm WAI Continuum has been awarded the commission for planning and design of a new multi-phase townhome development coined Lakeview Heights.  Sponsored by Homes by Chase, $7 million dollar project will create 70 new townhomes for the southwest metro area.

The 3 bedroom 3 bath units, with starting prices from $100’s & $200’s, will be constructed in varying design styles and phased over the next two years. 

Site preparation is currently underway with construction slated for later this summer.
