WAI Continuum Takes Flight!
A New Adventure in the Skies.
Always looking for more ways to integrate fun and adventure into our daily work experiences, Team WAI took to the Mall of America - this time for an air adventure.
Teaming up in small groups, our staff enjoyed flight and fight simulation in F/A-18 Hornets and WWII Fighter planes. Some simply enjoyed the sense of flight, while others enjoyed the opportunity to shoot each other out of the sky.... You want that project WHEN!?!
After a bit of adrenaline and a bite to eat at Kokomo's Island Cafe, we were headed for home, with a bit of adventure in our day.
To see a video about what we experienced, visit the A.C.E.S. website at www.flyaces.com.
| Each member flew solo in their own simulator. | Vice President Scott Koester takes a flight lesson. | |
| Intern Architect Chris Goring awaits his turn at flight. | Of course, half the fun was laughing about how many times you crashed! | |
| When not in a simulator, team members could watch via closed circuit TV other groups flight activity. | Every now and then, the team had to sneak a camera into the plane to get an unexpected shot in action - Sorry about the blinding flash and crash, Rhonda! | |
