04-30-08 : Moratorium Legislation Passes
The latest legislation governing the moratorium exception has passed, allowing the RFP process to extend 150 days. With approximately $1.4 million in the state coffers, nursing home providers will want to work quickly to be ready when the RFP is finally released in July.
